How To Prepare For SAIL Management Trainee Exam

I have applied for Steel Authority of India (SAIL) Recruitment Exam for the post of Management Trainee (MT) (Technical) but I don’t know how to prepare for this Exam. Would you please provide me syllabus and suggest me some best books for the preparation of SAIL MT Exam?
