Ok, here I am telling you some best tips for preparation of AIIMS PG Entrance Exam.

AIIMS PG Entrance Exam preparation tips-

It is advisable for students to start preparing for the PG entrance exams from the first year of their graduation itself

You should at least give 10 hours to your preparation daily

Adapt a strategic preparation plan

You need to focus on your studies and stay away from things which divert your attention from studies.

Getting into a good coaching class specialized for preparing students for the AIIMS entrance examination is highly advisable since the students are given a lot of information in a short time.

Do preparation according to pattern and the syllabus of the exam.

Take healthy diet.

AIIMS PG Entrance Exam pattern-

For MD/MS programmes -

Mode Online

Duration 180 minutes

Language of the question paper English

Number of questions 200 multiple choice questions (MCQ)

Marking Scheme +1 marks for correct response and -1/3 for incorrect

For MDS programmes

Duration 90 minutes

Syllabus All the subjects taught at BDS level

The topics which will be covered in AIIMS PG 2017 is given below:

Pre-clinical - Physiology, Bio-chemistry, Anatomy

Para-clinical - Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, etc.

Clinical – Paediatrics, Obstetrics and gynaecology, Community Medicine, Medicine and allied subjects (Psychiatry, Dermatology), etc.

Surgery and allied subjects - Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, E.N.T., Anaesthesiology, etc.
