IGNOU has published the Dec Hall Ticket and you can Hall ticket from official site of IGNOU by using the below process.

Process:-
First you should go to official site then you should go to
Bulletin Board to home page then go to Announcements then go to Lates then go to Hall Ticket December-2012, Term End Examination and click on the Click Here For Details and you redirect another page then Enter Nine Digit Enrolment Number and select program and submit.
