Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), formerly the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), is a premier chemical technology research institute located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

It was established in 1933 and was granted deemed university status in 2008. It is the only state-funded deemed university in India.

• ICT Mumbai Admissions to its Undergraduate Engineering programs are based on JEE Main; marks scored in Class 12 and are done through CAP Counselling.

• Candidates seeking admission to Engineering/Technology courses are required to appear for JEE Main Paper 1 conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

• The Competent Authority for Admissions in the state of Maharashtra shall conduct total 3 rounds of Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
