Hello buddy would you plz give me info with the detail related to Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET), as I also want to appear in this exam for admission in its B.tech program ??

Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET) is Common Entrance Test conducted by Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) for providing admission to various undergraduate engineering programmes in the university.


Eligibility
For B.Tech (Lateral entry for diploma holders)
Three years diploma in engineering with securing at least 60% marks.

For B.Tech (Lateral entry for B.Sc Graduates)
B.Sc graduates with obtaining 60% marks with pass in Mathematics from any recognized university.

For B.Tech
12th or equivalent exam pass with physics, chemistry, mathematics, english subjects with at least 55% marks.

IPU CET Exam Pattern

The Exam pattern is different for different course for which the students is applying. The exam pattern for B.Tech is given below.

The time of IPU CET examination is 3 hours with 300 multiple choice questions of 900 marks.

The medium of answering the paper will be English only. The question is asked from the syllabus of 11 and 12 standard based on physics, chemistry and mathematics (PCM).

The 1 mark is deducted for a single wrong answer and get 3 marks for every right answer.

The candidate should bring the black ballpoint pen to fill the OMR sheet in the examination hall. So, write each and every answer carefully if you don’t know the answer doesn’t waste the time in that question go to the next question.
