The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi was conducted the first phase of National Talent Search Examination (NTSE ) for class X students in November at various centres in Jharkhand.

The students who qualify stage I of NTSE are eligible to appear in National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) stage II to be conducted by NCERT, New Delhi.

The Jharkhand NTSE Stage 1 Result was declared on March 29, 2016 for the NTSE conducted on November 8, 2015. Last year Jharkhand NTSE Stage 1 Result was announced on March 19, 2015.

Total 87 (General- 53, SC- 9, ST- 22 and HC- 3 ) students are successfully cleared NTSE Stage 1 Exam and now appear in NTSE Stage 2 Exam which was held on May 8, 2016.
