Well the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research is a medical school in India, and the oldest to teach European medicine in Asia.

Marking Scheme –

One (1) is allotted for each question. The total mark of JIPMER MBBS 2016 exam is 200.

For each correct response candidates will score marks 1 mark and no mark to be deducted for each incorrect response. No marks will be allotted for unmarked response


Deadlines To Apply

Tentative dates are as underNotification 1st week of March

Closing date for receipt of completed applications 4th week of April

Entrance examination 1st week uf June

Counseling 2nd week of July

Commencement of course 3rd week of July

JIPMER MBBS Eligibility

He/She has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission

The applicant must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Bio-technology and English individuall y and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Bio-technology at the qualifying examination and competitive entrance examination. \
