I have completed my graduation degree from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad and I need the III convection application form. Would you like to give it me?

The III Convocation of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad was held in the month of February, 2012. Those candidates who have selected in Degree/Diploma had to submit the convocation form before 12.01.2012. The application fee of Rs.600/-. For registration you have to logon. T log on click on the given link:

Click on the above link and Username and Password and then click on the submit button.

After clicking on the above link you wll land on a page which looks like the image given right here:

i completed mba in jntu university i want to apply convocation certificate, so whate fee i want to pay my convocation year2012

I Have completed MBA AFFILIATED TO JNTU in 2014.so I need to apply for convocation certificates..so how do i apply it.. can you tell the procedure for doing it
