Yes, an engineer is eligible for applying for any IT Company whether he is from CS, IT or Electrical Branch
But for applying you need to pass eligibility criteria which are:
You have to pass your graduation with CGPA over 7 or post graduation over 6.6 on a 10 pointer scale.
You must have knowledge of some basis languages such as C, C++, Java, Oracle, VB, Qbasic, FoxPro, etc.
