I have already applied for Recruitment Exam in Lakshmi Vilas Bank Limited for the post of Probationary Officer (PO) but I have no idea about its Pattern. The Examination will be conducted in three tiers as indicated below:

Tier -I Written Examination (Computer Based Objective Multiple Choice Type)

Tier -II Group Discussion

Tier -III Personal Interview

Negative marking of 0.5 marks for each wrong answer in Tier-I

Tier I: of the Combined Graduate level Examination will be Computer Based Objective Type Multiple Choice and common for all categories of posts.

Data interpretation.
Data Sufficiency.
Sequence and Series.
Simplifications.
Mensuration.
Quadratic Equation.

Verbal ability:

Reading Comprehension.
Fill in the blank (Vocabulary based problems).
Sentence Correction / Spotting error (Tenses, Part of Speech, Active and Passive Voice, Subject Verb Agreement).
Para jumbles.
Antonyms/Synonyms based problems.

Banking Awareness:

The problems with this section is the range of questions is exceptionally LONG. Look at any of the syllabus of recent examination.
You will find that at least 12-15 topics ranging from Current affairs.
There is static GK.
Then there are banking terms, the RBI, the budget and so on.
It is really tough for the candidate to answer them.
You need to have a regular study.
