For Published Test Centers:-
Registration Online, by Mail, or by Telephone :September 4, 2012 (receipt deadline)
Late Registration by Mail September 13, 2012 (receipt deadline)
Late Registration Online or by Telephone September 14, 2012 (receipt deadline)

For Non published Test Centers:-
Test Dates : Saturday, October 6, 2012 Wednesday, October 10, 2012
Registration : August 31, 2012 (receipt deadline)
