The Utkal University has a facility to offer courses from Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education. The Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE), Bhubaneswar was established in 1962.

It is a constituent institution of the Utkal University.

The Course is offered under the Distance Mode. Choice Based Credit Semester (CBCS) is followed.

One Personal Contact Program of 10 to12 days duration shall be held for each semester covering theory , practical and project component as per syllabi.

Eligibility:
Candidates have Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline or equivalent.

No. of Seats:
500 maximum
DDCE reserves the right to admit less number of students.

Duration:
Two Academic Years.
