Candidate must have passed B.Sc. with following combination of subjects
Maths , Physics , Maths , B.Sc.(Comp. Sc.) , B.C.S. B.Sc.(IT) or B.E.

With Late Fee
Rs. 150 (In addition to regular fee)


Document Requirement for M.Sc. with Application form:

Date of Birth Proof (Any one ) :-
Birth Certificate, 10th passing certificate, School / College Leaving Certificate 2 Copies

Proof of Residence: -

Produce residential proof any one Election Card/Driving License/Telephone Bill /Electricity Bill /Ration Card/ Society Letter/ Agreement 2 Copies

Affix passport size recent photographs on Admission Form 1 Copy

Xth Std. Statement of Marks (all attempts of all lower exams) is required to be submitted. 1 Copy

XIIth Std. Statement of Marks (all attempts of all lower exams) is required to be submitted. 1 Copy

F.Y. (First Year) mark sheet. Submit mark sheet of all attempts for first year, if you are appeared for exam multiple times 2 Copies

S.Y. (Second Year) mark sheet. Submit mark sheet of all attempts for second year, if you are appeared for exam multiple times 2 Copies

T.Y. (Third Year) mark sheet. Submit mark sheet of all attempts for third year, if you are appeared for exam multiple times 4 Copies
