NEET and AIPMT Are Same
 

I have confused between NEET UG and AIPMT Entrance Exams. My sister has suggested for AIPMT and my friends suggested me for NEET UG Exam. Tell me both Entrance Exams are same or not? Which provide me best Medical College for MBBS? Can you give list of Top Medical Colleges accepted score card of those?
