NSDL Demat Account opening

Sir, I want to open a Demat account at NSDL, so can you tell me how can I open the account? What is the procedure for this? What are the required documents?

National Security Depositary Limited opens the demat account for the service of keeping the securities in electronic form.

Demat account process is similar to bank account. There is some type of Demat account provided by NSDL.
