ONGC Energy Centre invited bright, young enthusiastic engineering/science pass out from reputed institutes of the country, for fixed tenure project assignment under “Solar Thermal Project” of ONGC Energy Centre Trust.

Position: Project Fellow

No. of Vacancy: 02

Place of Posting: Any part in India

Eligibility:

B.Tech/M.Tech. in Mechanical/Energy/Renewable Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Solar Energy.

Candidates with other specialization need not apply.

Terms of Engagement:

The Project Fellow will be initially engaged for a period of 6 months.

The tenure of engagement may be extended on need basis for further period, subject to satisfactory individual performance.

The total duration of engagement as a Project Fellow can be upto a maximum of four years.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be considered through a two tier selection procedure i.e. screening of CVs, followed by Interview of Short listed candidates.

Compensation:

The candidate may be engaged as Junior Project Fellow or Senior Project Fellow depending upon qualification, experience and performance in Interview.

The compensation structure in both the cases is as follows:

Junior Project Fellow: Rs.36400/- which includes Fellowship Amount of Rs.26,000/- and HRA Amount of Rs.10,400/- (An increment @ 5% of Fellowship amount is given after successful completion of initial 6 months and on successful completion of 2 years as Junior Project Fellow, increase of 10% of Fellowship may be given).

Senior Project Fellow-Rs.42000/- which includes Fellowship Amount of Rs.30,000/- and HRA Amount of Rs.12,000/- (An increment @ 5% of Fellowship amount is given after successful completion of initial 6 months and on successful completion of 2 years as Senior Project Fellow, increase of 10% of Fellowship amount may be given).
