No age restriction for the Engineering/Science faculty members of Colleges/ Universities recognized by appropriate government agencies to pursue research degrees in Science / Engineering. However,

Education Qualification :

Holders of Master’s degree or its equivalent in any branch of Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics/Computer Applications/ Pharmacy/ Veterinary Science/ Agriculture/ Humanities.

Holders of Master’s degree or its equivalent in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Administration.

Holders of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Engineering/Technology/ Medicine/ Architecture/ Biotechnology/ Pharmacy/ Veterinary Science/ Agriculture.

Bachelor’s degree holders in Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science /Electronics followed by qualifications obtained through examinations conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE as being equivalent for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
