The Periyar University offers MBA. The 1st year has 2 semesters. The 1st semester paper is based on the following subjects:

Fundamentals of Management and Communication
Economics for Managers
Organisational Behaviour
Contemporary Accounting Practices
Business Law
Business Research Methods

The 2nd semester paper is based on the following subjects:
Operation Management
Financial Management
Marketing Management
Human Resource Management
Management Information System
Theory – 60 Marks, Practical – 40 Marks
Extra Disciplinary Course – 1
