The department of English in the Pune University campus is striving for enrichment of the language and providing in depth aesthetic knowledge of English.

Courses offered:

M.A.

The M.A. programme consists of 4 semesters. Students have to take 4 courses per semester, over a minimum period of 2 years.

M.Phil.

The M.Phil. programme is divided into two streams, language, and literature. A course on Research Methodology is common and compulsory for both the streams.
