The Department of Library and Information Science was established in 1998 3 at the Faculty of Arts, Rani Durgavati University.

Programs offered-

B.Lib. I.Sc. ( Bachelor of Library & Information Science)

M.Lib. I.Sc. ( Master of Library & Library Information Science)

These courses in Library and Information Science are being run under Self Financing Scheme( SFS).

The admission is subject to Entrance Test as well as Merit.
