RBI Exchange Rates as on 31 March

I am exchange currency in March now I compare to its today date so can you tell me what is Reserve Bank of India currency Exchange as on 31 March?

You can download and use the pdf file containing the exchange rates of different currencies. Use it purposefully.

Although forex dealing was closed on 31.03.2014, however RBI reference rate is Rs. 60.0998 for 1.00 USD.
