So first of all I want to tell you that you have a very good and niche combination.

It will help you to join mid management of Intellectual property outsourcing firms, tech firms like Philips etc who do a lot of work on IP.

And also good openings in most organizations in risk management /compliance departments due to legal background.

In due course Indian legal sector will get opened up in next 2-3 years.

You will have lot of opportunities in US/UK legal firms opening shops. Anyway some of better Indian legal firms also require legal-MBA combos.

Openings in Big 5 like EY, PWC, KPMG etc in their risk assessment/tax/legal and similar divisions.

So you have a good choice.
