B.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate who have passed class 10+2 (with at least 5 subjects) or equivalent exam

In class 10+2 (XII) or equivalent at least 45% aggregate marks are required (40% aggregate marks in case of candidates belonging to SC (Scheduled Caste)/ ST (Scheduled Tribe)/ OBC (Non Creamy Layer Other Backward Class)/ SBC (Special Backward Classes Non Creamy Layer) of Rajasthan or Outside Rajasthan Domicile) in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the optional subjects out of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject with minimum passing marks in each individual subject from any recognized Board/ University/ Institution.

Compulsory Subjects: Physics, Mathematics

Optional Subject: Any one of Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Biology

Age:

The candidate should have birth date on or after October 01, 1991 (October 01, 1986 in case of candidates belonging to SC (Scheduled Caste)/ ST (Scheduled Tribe) and PwD (Person with Disability).
