State Bank of Patiala was founded in 1917 and is associate bank of the State Bank Group. Presently, it has a network of 1445 service outlets, including 1314 branches, in all major cities of India, but most of the branches are located in the Indian states of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir , Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat and Maharashtra.

Performance Highlights for 2014-15

Total Business crossed Rs 173000 crores

Operating profit up by 10% to Rs 1599 Cr.

Retail Advances grew by 13%

Total Branches increased to 1300 from 1205 as on 01/04/2014

Other income up by 16% to Rs 1007 Cr.

Fee income up by 10% to Rs. 630 Cr.

CAR under Basel III improved from 10.38% to 12.06%
