Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess D.M. Gastro Entrology, Cardiology, Nephrology, or an equivalent, M.Ch. Cardiac Surgery, M.Ch. in Thoracic Surgery, Neuro Surgery, Plastic Reconstructive Surgery, Plastic Surgery, M.D in Skin and V.D, Radio diagnosis, Radiology, Medicine or an equivalent,

P.M.R./M.S.(General Surgery)/M.S. (Orthopedics) with two years special training in the speciality of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Rehabilitation Medicine) and relevant subject for Post 1, B.D.S. (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by Indian Dental Council and Registration in the Dental Council of U.P for Post 2, first Class degree in Engineering or Technology,

M.E./M.Tech. Degree with Knowledge of Hindi for Post 3, Degree with 55% of marks in respective discipline of Engineering/ Technology or A.M.I.E. (India) with Knowledge of Hindi for Post 4 from a recognized University.
