I have done my studies and searching for jobs heard that UPSC Indian Army has TGS or TGC vacancy want details related to this. Can you please provide details about this UPSC TGS Exam along with eligibility and qualification to apply also provide important dates to apply for this?

Indian Army invites applications from married / unmarried Male Engineering Graduates for Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army. Course commencing in Jan 2017 at Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

TGC is non-upsc entry while CDSE conducted by UPSC .

TGC entry is only for the technical graduates i.e for B-TECH holders in specified branches while UPSC's CDS doesnot restrict anybody on the ground of stream of graduation. i.e open to all the graduates.

TGS Vacancy details:

Entry:

124th Technical Graduate Course (TGC-124) (JAN 2017)

Age limit:

20 to 27 years

Stipend:

Stipend of ₹ 21,000/- p.m. (₹ 15,600/- as pay in Pay Band plus Grade Pay of ₹ 5,400/

Educational Qualification:

You should have passed Engineering Degree or be in the final year of Engineering Degree course. The candidates in the final year of Degree Course should complete all their examinations related to the degree
