M.A. in Business Law program- The programme is being offered with the following nine specialization tracks which can be opted by a student as per her/his career goals and learning objectives: Corporate Governance and Statutory Compliances Intellectual Property Law and Cyber Laws M&A, Investment and Institutional Finance Drafting, Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Insurance, Banking and Financial Services Securities and Capital Markets Competition Law International Trade and Cross-Border Transactions Energy Law Course Fee- The course fee is INR 50,000 which can be paid in two instalments. You may enrol by paying the first instalment of INR 25,000 right away along with a post-dated cheque of INR 25,000 dated June 01, 2017. The post-dated cheque will be encashed by us only in the month of June 2017. In case, you choose to pay the entire amount at one go before the batch starts, you need to pay INR 45,000. Payment: - Payment can be made by Demand Draft, Cheque, Debit Card or Bank Transfer (NEFT and Cash Deposit).
