MBA is Post Graduate Degree in Management. After doing this degree you can become a manager and you can work in following fields;-
Finance
Marketing
Human Resource
IT
Hospitality etc.

As per my knowledge in India you should do this course from IIMs which is most reputed college for this course and you will get high salary package also.

To take admission in the IIM you are require to appear in Common aptitude test.
Then you will be called for the GD and PI if you success fully cleared the CAT exam.
