Incoming Grades 1 to 5

Admission requirements:

Must pass the Entrance Exam
REPORT CARD
Photocopy of the following:

Authenticated Birth Certificate (PSA)

Baptismal Certificate for Catholics/Certificate of Dedication for Non Catholics

Good Moral Certificate
Recommendation Letter
Copy of Clinical Diagnostic Report (if any)
Dental Certificate for Grade 1 only

Other requirements for foreigners:-

Special Study Permit from the Bureau of Immigration
Photocopies of Visas & Passport (parents and student)
Notarial Certificate/Narrative/Red Ribbon

Schedule Of Entrance Examination

All Saturdays of March to May 2018

Grades 1 & 2: Every 1st and 2nd Saturdays

Grades 3 to 5: Every 3rdand 4th Saturdays

Pre-Testing Application Requirements:

Photocopy of Report Card (Recent Quarter)
2 pcs 1x1 I.D Picture

Time: 8:00 A.M.

Testing Fee: Official Receipt of Payment of P250.00 from XU Main Finance Office
