The full-time Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) Program offered by IIM (Indian Institute of Management Bangalore) is an intensive one-year residential programme created specifically for professionals with remarkable track records and 5 to 12 years of work experience in a wide range of industries.

The program provides the same solid foundation in key management concepts and disciplines as 2 year MBA, with similar objectivity, range of electives, and grading criteria.

Eligibility
It is intended for executives having significant work experience. The pre-requisites are:
Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
Minimum 5 years and preferably less than 12 years of work experience after completion of graduation
A valid GMAT/GRE score
