About the MBA Program

The SFU Beedie MBA takes an applied learning approach. Combining theory and application, our curriculum will give you a strong grounding in business fundamentals to help you take your career to the next level.

Admission Requirement

A Bachelors degree or equivalent from a recognized university with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0/4.33 (B), or a grade point average of at least 3.33/4.33 (B+) based on the last 60 credits of undergraduate courses is required.

Two or more years of full-time, professional work experience is required (competitive recommendation is 3.5 or more years); however exceptional candidates with fewer than two years of experience may be considered on a case by case basis.

Applicants whose primary language is not English, or whose previous education was conducted in another language, must submit evidence of satisfactory completion of a standardized English test.

The minimum acceptable test scores are: TOEFL 93 with a minimum of 20 in each category (Internet based exam); or TOEFL 580 and TWE 5 (paper based exam); or IELTS
