Qualifications for admission
The applicant must be a graduate of a Bachelor of Arts or Science (AB, BS) college program

The applicant must take the National Admission Test (NMAT). Scores are valid for only two years.

2 pcs. recent passport size colored ID pictures (white background)
Certificate of General Weighted Average (GWA) from the Dean or Registrar
Certified true copy of the Transcript of Records (TOR) from college last attended
Certified true copy of college diploma or certificate of candidacy for graduation
Photocopy of NMAT scores
Certificates of good moral character from 2 former professors
Written explanation why did not go to medical school after graduation
