Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical is also known as UPCPMT is a state level examination which gets conducted in order to provide admission to deserving candidates in UG medical courses

Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates need to be Minimum 17 years old as on 31stDecember of the year of the examination to be eligible for giving this examination.

Candidates who have passed high school and intermediate from Uttar Pradesh education board but at present not living in this state, they can also apply for this examination.

Candidates must have passed intermediate with PCB, PCMB as important subjects.

Pattern of Examination

The examination paper will be having total 200 questions.
There will be total 4 sections based on Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. Each section will of 50 marks.
This examination paper will be divided into two parts. One will be having questions based on Chemistry and Physics and other part will be having the questions on Zoology and Botany.
For each correct answer, candidate will be rewarded 1 mark and for each wrong or incomplete answer, no mark will be deducted.
Examination will be conducted in both English and Hindi language.

Beginning date to download the application forms – third week of March 2017
Deadlines for filling the application forms – third week of April 2017
Admit cards will be uploaded – first week of May 2017
Examination’s date – third week of May 2017
Result will be available on – third week of June 2017
Counseling will start from – last week of June 2017
