Exam Pattern

The first phase of the Madhya Pradesh PCS Examination will be the preliminary examination.
This examination will have two question papers.

The first question paper will be of general study where questions will be from all spheres such as politics, economics, geography, history and contemporary events.

The second question paper will be of the optional subject which candidates can choose from the given subjects
The next part of the examination is the Main examination.
There will be eight question papers, in the main examination.
There will be 2 question papers of general study.
There will be four question papers of any two optional subjects chosen by the candidates.
Candidates will also appear in the papers of languages of Hindi and English.
