Achievers' Day function is organised by the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management GITAM to hand over the offers of appointment to as many as students of engineering, sciences, commerce and management and international business programmes at Gitam University.

A total of 80 companies visited GITAM Hyderabad to recruit students during the present academic year 2015-16.

About 90 per cent students of B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA were selected in the campus recruitment drives, which were organised by both IT and core companies.

GITAM Hyderabad has won the ‘National Employability Award’ by AMCAT (Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test), Gurgaon, Haryana, consecutively for 3 years, i.e. 2013 to 2016.

This is a unique award based on students’ employability skills.

Five students got highest annual salary package of Rs 20 lakh, 100 students offered annual salary package of Rs Nine lakh and total 1,200 students offered annual salary package of Rs 4.5 lakh by various IT companies
