I have completed LLB degree and now want to do LLM from the Gujarat University so please give me some details about the Ordinances and Regulations of the LLM course of the Gujarat University? What is the eligibility required to get admission in these course?

The Gujarat University - [GU], Ahmedabad offers Master degree of Laws (LL.M.) program of duration 2 years.

Master degree of Laws (LL.M.)

Duration 2 years

The Maximum Intake capacity for each the Department of the University or PG Centre of Law shall be 75 students only.

Eligibility

Candidate must have passed qualifying exam at the First Attempt with at
least 50% marks at the examination of Final Year or Last two semesters of the Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Three years or Five Years Integrated LL.B. Programme) of Gujarat University or other Universities recognized and approved by the UGC.

A candidate who has obtained LL.M. degree from the Gujarat University or other University in one area of specialization will not be eligible to get admission in the LL.M. Degree Programme with the same or another specialization
