NSD (National Schools of Drama ) institute offers three year training / Diploma program in theatre and the allied arts.

Admission eligibility for three year training / Diploma programs:

Minimum Educational Qualification

Graduated from a recognized university.

Must hold proficiency in mother tongue.

Sound knowledge of Hindi and English.

Applicants should have participated in at minimum six theatre productions or its equivalent.

Age Criteria
20 to 30 years.

Relaxation of maximum five years:
To SC/ST category Candidates

Admission :
Admission will be granted on the basis of performance of student in preliminary test and audition .

Financial assistance:
Selected candidates get financial assistance of Rs. 6000/- per month .
