How To Get Into IISC Bangalore After 12th

Hi I am in 12th at present so I need to know that how can I get into the IISC Bangalore after 12th so can you help me ??

Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore offers admission to its four-year Bachelor of Science (Research) Programme in 2016.

Well after passing 12th in science you can easily apply to the IISC , you have to clear the following entrance exam

IIT-JEE (Main): 60% (GN), 54% (OBC-NCL), 30% (SC/ST/PH)

IIT-JEE (Advanced): 60% (GN), 54% (OBC-NCL), 30% (SC/ST/PH)

AIPMT: 60% (GN), 54% (OBC-NCL), 30% (SC/ST/PH)

You will appear for the 12th standard board examination (or equivalent) in 2017 and those who have passed this examination in 2016 are eligible to apply for admission to this Programme.


Online applications will be received at this website via the "Online Application" link during February April 2017.


Mode of payment options available are:

(1) Online Payment - Net-banking, Visa Card/ Master Card, Debit/Credit Cards.

(2) Offline Payment - SBI branches accept Challan payment across the country. The bank service charge is extra (to be borne by the applicants).

Filling the Application Form (available only online):

The online application may be prepared and submitted by accessing the IISc website

The online application must be submitted on 04.2017.

The application fee is Rs. 500/- for GN/OBC/KM candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/PH categories.
