There is a HPCET exam for MCA program at Himachal Pradesh Technical University and here I will get details of program.

Eligibility
Direct Entry
Recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduate level securing at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying examination.

Lateral Entry
Recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) with Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate level securing at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category).

Application fee
Candidates who have not appeared in HPCET are required to pay non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 1200/- for all categories (i.e. Gen/OBC/SC/ST) before submission of the application ONLINE.

Documents required
(i) Certificate of having passed the qualifying examination.

(ii) Marks-sheet issued by the Board/University.

(iii) Matriculation/Higher Secondary Part-I/Indian School Certificates showing the date of birth.

(iv) National Level Entrance Examination/HPCET-2016 Score Card.

(v) Character Certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.

(vi) Bonafide/domicile Certificate issued by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Executive Magistrate.

(vii) Reserved Category Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applicable.
