ICET Second Phase Counseling

Let me know that who are eligible for ICET Second Phase Counseling?

There are following candidate eligible for ICET Second Phase Counseling:

If Candidates have not participated in previous phase, then they can participate as a fresh candidate by attending Certificate Verification at one of the HLCs.

If no seat is allotted in Previous Phase of Counseling then you can attend the subsequent rounds .

If a seat is allotted in previous round and candidates are not interested to join in the allotted college, they they should not report to that college/Pay the fee. They are entitled to participate in the Web Counseling but will be eligible to join the New College/Course and will have no claim on the Previous allotment.

If you had paid the fee and/or reported at the college, you can participate in the subsequent phase(s) of Web Counseling if any.
