Well the Institute of Chemical Technology, formerly the University Department of Chemical Technology, is a premier chemical technology research institute located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute is an engineering college located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and one of the oldest engineering colleges in Asia.

To the best of my knowledge the Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute is much better than the Institute of Chemical Technology
