The IIST offers B.Tech with Dual Degree Program.

Dual Degree Program:
B. Tech + M.S / M.Tech

M.S. in Astronomy & Astrophysics
M.S. in Earth System Science
M.S. in Solid State Physics
M.Tech. in Optical Engineering.

Admission Process:
Pass 10+2 with science (PCM) with English as a subject

Admission is done through Entrance Exam
