All Foreign students interested in pursuing their undergraduate studies at IIT Bombay, that is, B.Tech, Dual Degree and the five year integrated M.Sc programme have to appear for the joint entrance examination (JEE) conducted by the IITs.

Foreign nationals who have registered for a degree in an institute or university abroad can also seek admission as visiting students to carry out coursework and/or project work at IITB.

Payment of Fees [For UG/PG/Research based programmes]
All selected Foreign Nationals will be required to pay fee as follows:

US $ 2000 (Annual fees) + US $ 261 (towards one time fee, deposits and application cost) for SAARC Countries
US$ 4000 (Annual fees) + US $ 261 for other Countries for full time students
Hostel fee: Rs. 20,150/-(approx.) per semester
