Always read the instructions, procedure and Information Bulletin carefully before start filling the Application Form.

One can apply for JEE (Main) ‘On-Line’ only through official website of JEE (Main)

Make sure that the eligibility as per the criteria laid down for JEE (Main), JEE (Advanced) and participating State Institutions (as applicable).

The fee is submitted either by any credit/debit card or through e-Challan

One can submit only one Application Form. Multiple Applications of a candidate are liable to be rejected.

Application Procedure: 3 Simple Steps to be followed to apply online
Step 1: Fill the Online Application Form, choose Password and note down system generated Application Number.
Step 2: Upload Scanned Images of Photograph, Signature and Thumb impression
Step 3: Pay Examination Fee by debit/credit card or e-Challan

Important Instruction about Password
During online form filling, one needs to choose Password and Security Question and its Answer. One should record/remember the password for all future logins.
The Password must be as per the following Password policy.
Password must be 8 to 13 character long.
Password must have at least one Upper case alphabet.
Password must have at least one Lower case alphabet.
Password must have at least one numeric value.
Password must have at least one special characters eg.!@#$%^&*-
For subsequent logins, one is able to login directly with their respective system generated Application Number and the chosen Password.
One should not to disclose or share the password with anybody.
One can change passwords after login, if desired.
One should remember to log out at the end of the session so that the details cannot be alter or modified by unauthorized persons.
