Ph.D Eligibility-

Candidates should possess Masters degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant discipline from Karpagam University or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto.

Candidates seeking Ph.D / M.Phil admission in interdisciplinary subject (Computer Science / Management / Environmental Science / Biotechnology / Life Science or any other) shall have post-graduate degree in the subject concerned subject

Candidates working in organizations (Industries, Research and Educational Institutions, etc.,) other than Karpagam University are eligible to enrol for Part-time Ph.D. / M.Phil programme only

Admission Process-

Admission for Ph.D programme will be made twice in a year i.e., January and July.

Candidates will be shortlisted for admission to research programme based on their qualifying examination merit as well as entrance test and interview conducted to assess their aptitude for research and academic competence.

The candidates selected for admission to the Ph.D programme shall be required to submit attested photocopy of the certificates upon verification of the original certificates.
