A Demat account can be opened by any private or public company

To open a Demat account your company needs a PAN card and you have to open a corporate bank account with KVB.

Requirements to open a Corporate Demat Account:

Customers are needed to have Account opening form duly completed in all respects.
They needed to attach Photographs of all the authorised signatories duly signed to be affixed on the reverse of the specimen signature card.

Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association duly attested by the Company Secretary / Director of the company

Board Resolution along with the name of the authorised signatories

Tariff Sheet duly signed by all the authorised signatories.

Debit Authorisation signed by the bank account holders as per the mode of operation in the board resolution for the bank account.

Proof of address of the corporate: Document registered with ROC/ acknowledged copy of Income Tax return/ Bank statement/ Leave & License agreement/ Agreement for purchase of office premises.
