Here are the rules

As per the Government Order read above employees can avail, Special Casual Leave for a maximum period of 2 days in a calendar year for Voluntary Blood Donation.

Government are pleased to order that number of such Special Casual Leave that can be availed of by an employee in a calendar year will be 4 days and the Government Order read above will stand modified to this effect.
