Operational Guidelines

You can make both financial and non-financial transactions through our Internet Banking Service.

For joint accounts, the primary account holder alone can make financial transactions, provided all the account holders authorize the primary account holder to do so.

While a TPIN will be provided to individuals to carry out financial transactions, they can avail of a crypto token, if they so desire.
