Intake

The intake for the M. Ed Degree Programme is fixed by the SRC – NCTE, Bangalore, form time to time.
At present the intake is 475.

Duration of the Programme

Duration of the M. Ed Degree Programme is two years.
One has to attend two contact programmes of first and second year in two consecutive years.
One who could not complete the theory examinations within the stipulated time have to complete the same within four years of admission.

Medium of Instruction

Medium of instruction for the Programme is English/Kannada.
However, one is permitted to write the assignments, Dissertation Report and the Term - End Examination in Kannada.
Viva-Voce is conducted in English / Kannada.
