Marquette Universitys online MBA is a 28-month, fully-online, cohort MBA program with students taking two classes per term each fall, spring and summer. The total program is 33-39 credit hours depending upon a students undergraduate background.

Curriculum

Semester 1 (Fall 2018)
Business Essentials: IT/Marketing/Supply Chain - 4.5 credits
Quantitative Analysis - 1.5 credits
Non-credit team based experience required for all students.
For students with undergraduate business background
Quantitative Analysis -1.5 credits

Semester 2 (Spring 2019)
Business Essentials: ACCO/ECON/FINA - 4.5 credits
Leading People and Change - 1.5 credits
For students with undergraduate business background
Leading People and Change - 1.5 credits
Option for business undergraduate students to take a 3-credit elective in Leadership

Semester 3 (Summer 2019)
Strategy Introduction - 3 credits
Business Analytics - 3 credits

Semester 4 (Fall 2019)
Advanced Financial Management - 3 credits
Concepts for Ethical Business Practice - 1.5 credits
Innovation and Creativity - 1.5 credits

Semester 5 (Spring 2020)
Marketing for Management Decision Making - 3 credits
Corporate Social Responsibility - 1.5 credits
Leadership Coaching and Development - 1.5 credits
